Gymkhana

A taste of London's Michelin-starred Indian dining in Las Vegas

I was so excited when I heard that the famous Michelin-starred London restaurant, Gymkhana, was opening in Las Vegas — it had to be an absolute must-visit!

Reservations can be hard to come by, so I definitely recommend planning ahead.

We’ve been fortunate enough to dine here many times now, and I can honestly say it’s the best Indian food we’ve had in the U.S. in over seven years. While the food is incredible, everything else matches that high standard: the service is always impeccable, the ambience is unique and unlike anywhere else in Vegas, and the cocktails are simply beautiful. The wine selection is extensive, too, and the classic Indian beers are served deliciously ice-cold.

Everything we’ve tried here has been amazing, so you really can’t go wrong with any menu item. However, these are some of our favourites:

  • Pappadum Selection (the dips are especially a highlight!)
  • Methi Malai Mutter Paneer
  • Morel Mushrooms & Truffle Pilaf
  • Wagyu Keema Naan
  • Saag Makai

I’m not usually a dessert person, but I rarely turn down a tiramisu — and the Rasgulla Tiramisu was such a revelation. If you’re a tiramisu fan, this is a stunning, unique take that you must try.

If an after-dinner cocktail is your thing, I’d also definitely recommend the Delhi Dalgona. Described on the menu as a “reverse” espresso martini and inspired by the theatrical coffee carts of Delhi, it’s so unique and delicious that you simply have to try it to understand it. Beautiful!

Gymkhana has become a must-visit for us whenever we're in Las Vegas, and we already have our next reservation booked! It's a truly standout dining experience, and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you're visiting the city.
